We have updated our Low Headroom Industrial door system.
What’s new?
The new design maintains the key advantage of the Low Headroom Industrial door system: a minimum required build-in space of just 200 mm, achieved through a rear-mounted power-unit and several innovative new components.
This improved version replaces the previous riveted version and will become available as soon as old stock runs out.

- Maximised pass-trough height: Door height – 30 mm
- Spring buffer positioned on top of the horizontal track set
- Fully compatible with our bolted industrial track sets
Top roller carriers and pulley brackets
The compact design is achieved using the new pulley brackets (295108-L / 295108-R) and top roller carriers (230119-L / 230119-R).
To simplify installation, the top roller carrier now includes fixed bolts, while the new arm design improves closing performance keeping the door locked in place.
Power-unit bracket and spring buffer position
The power-unit is now mounted using a newly designed paro plate (235414), which fits perfectly into our 40 mm C-profiles (220022-xxxx), and provides a stable connection and prevents bending or deformation during operation.
Finally, the spring buffer has been repositioned to the top of the horizontal track set. This alignings it with our other industrial door systems, while still maintaining the maximised pass-through height of Door height – 30 mm.
